Yes. We can customize the wording on the gold ornate frame, add hanging florals, uplighting, and other decor elements to match your theme. A Zoom consultation is available to review design ideas.

How do I book a champagne wall?

Accepted Answer

Start by requesting an estimate through our Services page. We will send an estimate based on your specifications. Once approved, a 50% deposit and a signed contract are required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We understand cancellations may occur for any number of reasons. Cancellations made prior to 14 days before the event are refundable, subject to the QuickBooks processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable; however, you may reschedule the rental date within 12 months of the original date, provided all items are available for the new date.

Do I need to hire your servers?

No, you do not have to hire our servers. Many customers coordinate with their event caterers or staff to work behind the Living Champagne Wall. We offer servers for hire if you do not have onsite personnel to operate the wall.

How long does it take to set up?

Accepted Answer

Once the wall sections are unloaded and transported to the setup area, assembly for a Medium Living Champagne Wall takes an average of 25–30 minutes. Assembly for a Large Living Champagne Wall takes about 45 minutes. These times do not include additional decoration setup.

Can the Living Champagne Wall be rented for an outdoor event?

Yes, the Living Champagne Wall can be rented for outdoor events. If the event is postponed or canceled due to weather, you can reschedule the rental, subject to availability, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
